Privacy policy

This policy explains what information MiniPCBench handles when you visit the site. MiniPCBench does not currently offer user accounts or a contact form.

Information collected

The web server and hosting provider may record basic request data, including your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and the date and time of a request. The site may set a session cookie needed for security and normal site operation.

If you submit an owner rating, MiniPCBench stores the product configuration, months owned, four numeric ratings, submission dates, and a random browser-session identifier used to limit duplicate ratings. Do not include your name, email address, serial number, order number, or other personal information in the configuration field.

If you email MiniPCBench, the site operator receives your email address and anything you include in the message.

How information is used

MiniPCBench uses this information to deliver the site, calculate community rankings, limit duplicate submissions, moderate abuse, diagnose errors, understand basic traffic, answer messages, and meet legal obligations.

Analytics and advertising

MiniPCBench does not currently use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising. If that changes, this policy will be updated before those tools are added.

Affiliate and external links

Some product links contain an affiliate identifier. When you follow one, the retailer can see that the visit came from MiniPCBench and may use cookies or similar technology under its own privacy policy. MiniPCBench may receive a commission if you make a qualifying purchase, but the retailer does not provide MiniPCBench with your full payment details.

When information is shared

Information may be handled by service providers that host, secure, or maintain the site. It may also be disclosed when required by law or when needed to protect the site, its users, or others. MiniPCBench does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Published owner ratings and their calculation history may be kept while the ranking operates. Unpublished ratings may be retained to document moderation and prevent repeated abuse. Other information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or transmission method is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies in your browser, although parts of the site may not work as expected. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. You may also have a right to appeal a decision about a privacy request.

Children

MiniPCBench is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. The site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

This policy may change when the site or its data practices change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last updated.
