These terms apply when you use MiniPCBench. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site provides

MiniPCBench publishes mini PC specifications, comparisons, test results, reviewer findings, and buying information. The site is for general information. It is not professional, financial, or technical advice for your particular needs.

Products come in many configurations. Specifications, prices, sellers, warranties, and availability can change. Check the exact processor, memory, storage, operating system, seller, return policy, and warranty before buying.

Scores and evidence

Scores apply only to the configuration and test method identified with them. They may not predict the performance of another configuration or every real-world workload. MiniPCBench may correct errors or revise its methods, but it will not change a score to favor a seller, manufacturer, or affiliate partner.

Reviewer statements and manufacturer specifications remain attributable to their original sources. A link or citation does not mean that the source endorses MiniPCBench.

Owner ratings

Owner ratings are self-reported community opinions, not MiniPCBench test results or verified purchases. Submit a rating only for a configuration you own or previously owned. Provide accurate configuration and ownership details, and do not submit personal information.

You grant MiniPCBench permission to store, aggregate, publish, moderate, and remove your rating for operating the owner-ranking feature. MiniPCBench may withhold suspicious, abusive, duplicate, or misleading submissions. Owner ratings never change MiniPCBench test scores or editorial recommendations.

Affiliate links

MiniPCBench may earn a commission when you buy through some links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Affiliate relationships do not affect scores, rankings, or which products appear on the site.

Third-party sites

Retailer, manufacturer, reviewer, and other third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices. MiniPCBench does not control their content, prices, inventory, security, or order fulfillment. Your dealings with them are between you and that third party.

Using MiniPCBench

You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site, bypass its security, submit malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use its content to mislead people about a product or test result.

Ownership

MiniPCBench owns its original site design, writing, scoring methods, and other original material. Product names, trademarks, images, quotations, and linked material belong to their respective owners. These terms do not give you a license to republish MiniPCBench content or use its branding.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, MiniPCBench makes no warranty that the site will always be available, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purchase or use.

Limits on liability

To the extent allowed by law, MiniPCBench is not liable for losses caused by relying on site content, buying or using a product, using a third-party site, or being unable to use this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

MiniPCBench may update the site or these terms. The effective date at the top shows when these terms last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
